Subject: Request for clarification on the implementation of the group agreement on employee home-office mobility

Madam, 

On June 28, 2024, our union organizations FO, CFE-CGC, CFTC signed an agreement on the mobility of employees between their usual place of residence and their usual place of work. The various measures covered by this agreement must be implemented from January 1, 2025. However, during the Airbus in France Group Committee meeting on October 1, 2024, in response to the question raised by our union organizations on compliance with the agenda associated with this agreement, Management informed us of a postponement of the Long-Term Rental of bicycles measure, a flagship measure expected by employees.

You know the strong attachment of our union organizations to respecting signed agreements. We therefore ask that clarification be provided as soon as possible on the deadlines for implementing the various measures of this agreement as well as on the edition of the related application notes. 

We know that we can count on the quality of social dialogue and therefore on respecting the commitments made.
